Connect Resolve records personal data from its clients for the purpose of providing family and relationship work. Data is collected, recorded and stored on the basis of consent of the client, where it has a legitimate interest in doing so to offer a service.
Personal data is stored on paper files for a period of 3 years after the case is closed in the event of clients re-accessing the service. Files are stored securely and locked away.
You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
- You may access and obtain a copy of your data on request;
- You may require Connect Resolve to change incorrect or incomplete data;
- You may require Connect Resolve to delete or stop processing your data.
